How much does it cost to have fit-fun at Upbeat?
The fees differ for individuals and groups, as well as what activity you are booking. Check the Cost of Fun section to learn more about the packages.
Must I sign a waiver?
Yes, it is necessary for every guest before using our facilities. If you are visiting with children below 18 years old, you would have to do it on their behalf. Do find our waiver form to fill and submit here.
Must I sign this waiver before every exercise?
No. Once a waiver is signed, it will cover you for the next 12 calendar months
Do I need to wear any special clothes to visit Upbeat?
No, but it should be clothes that doesn`t undermine your safety and distract other guests. However, we will offer you our Upbeat socks as we care about hygiene to make your active fun experience safer.
Can children visit Upbeat without adults?
Only children who are 16 years old and older c. However, a senior relative or other legal representative must sign a waiver on their behalf first.
Do I have to purchase Upbeat grip socks?
Yes. N500 for priceless fun and safety.
Do you have lockers?
Sure, we do have lockers to put your pocket items there. Our team members will guide you to them at the entrance.
Can I bring my own food?
No. We check all food our guests eat for safety standards. But there is lots on offer for all tastes at Upbeat!
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a parking area with approximately 100 slots.
I don't want to have active fun, but I want to wait for someone. What can I do?
Specifically for you, we have a viewing area, café, gym and restaurant area to have non-active fun
Can people who use a wheelchair visit Upbeat?
Of course, we are all-inclusive. There is wheelchair access to the building and main walkway, as well as a wheelchair access party room
