Our Safety Standard
Our guests’ health and safety come first. Awesome fun is a close second.
Your safety is our utmost priority. We adhere to strict international safety standards and closely work with The International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) and The Gymnastics Federation of Nigeria to ensure that our facilities surpass all safety requirements .
We continue to observe all COVID-19 safety protocols, so we will check your temperature to ascertain that it is below the prescribed 37.5°C. Our guests are required to wear a face mask and maintain two metres distance with other guests.
To start your fit-fun activities at Upbeat, kindly Click here to download the waiver form. Take note of safety signs around the park and general facility. Failure to comply with all safety rules will lead to reduced time within the facility.

DOs:
- Put off your shoes and wear Upbeat grip socks only
- Put on a wristband before active exercises to check your body indicators
- Move all items from your pockets before you stepping onto the court
- Take off sharp items and heavy clothing items
- Try simple activities and exercises first before doing something complex
- Be careful while having fun around other guests, especially children
- Always follow our instructions
- Take on-site classes with our instructors for maximum safety
DONTs:
- Try complex exercises before training
- Do complex exercises if you have health complications
- Wear wet clothes
- Double flip, double bounce, run, wrestle or play rough
- Sit or lie on the court
- Chew food while having jumpin’
- Touch any perimeter nets or top pads
- Throw balls at other guests
